On May 29, 2018, our sweet Marissa Kay Anderson left this world.

We miss her deeply, and have founded TEAM Marissa to honor her memory. Through ups and down, trials and tribulations, she never wavered in her passion for the Special Kiddos she served as an ALE teacher. She sacrificed physically, professionally, monetarily, and emotionally for her kids; she pushed buttons and fought battles that left her scarred for these kids that she loved so much. We can think of no better way to keep her passion alive than by attempting to serve the same community. We know with the resources we have available, and the love and prayers of the people around us, we will be able to have an impact. TEAM Marissa strives to:
